Nerea Domínguez

Contratada predoctoral FPI

She graduated in sociology in 2021 and holds a Master’s Degree in Advanced Research Methods and Innovation in Social Analysis (2023) from the University of A Coruña (UDC). Member of the ESOMI research group (Societies in Motion Research Team) and FPI researcher attached to the project “Money in transformation: Monetary Attitudes, Behaviours and Processes of Financial Exclusion” of the UDC.

She has experience as a trainee in the projects “Welcoming Spaces’ in Europe: revitalizing shrinking areas by hosting non-EU migrants”, funded by the European Union and “Care, inequality and wellbeing in transnational families in Europe: A comparative intergenerational study in Spain, France, Sweden and UK” funded by JPI-More Years, Better Lives.

Her interests have focused on the study of the processes of construction of collective memory and the forms of sexual violence within the workplace. She is currently focusing his thesis on new forms of payment among young people.
