Yolanda Cotelo Ouréns

FPI Predoctoral Researcher

Yolanda Cotelo Ouréns is predoctoral researcher at the Universidade da Coruña through the Research Personnel Training Program (FPI) of the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities and the State Research Agency.

She holds an interdisciplinary profile supported by his Degree in Political Science and Administration by the University of Santiago de Compostela, Master’s Degree in Economics by the Complutense University of Madrid and Postgraduate specialization in Sustainability and Social Innovation by the University of Coruña, university in which she is currently pursuing her Doctorate under the program of Economic Analysis and Business Strategy.

Doctoral candidate Yolanda Cotelo’s research interests focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility primarily linked to the banking and financial sector.

She is currently researching on the dynamics of social banking, inclusive finance and responsible and sustainable financial innovation within the framework of her doctoral thesis under the direction of Matilde Massó Lago and Carles Maixé Altés. Together with her directors and the research team, she is a member of the project that frames her thesis and her FPI contract “Money in transformation: Monetary Attitudes, Behaviors and Processes of Financial Exclusion (MONFIN) (PID2022-139315OB-I00)”
